This place also has good views of the other peaks of the Northern Himalayas. Hire a pair of binoculars for a close view of the peaks. Dress yourself in Kumaoni dresses and have yourself photographed with the Himalayas in the backdrop. The Dev Mundi house at the top has marble images of goddesses Durga, Sita, Lord Shiva, Lakshman and Hanuman.
Day 1 - Delhi- Ramgarh 331 Kms: By Surface.
Overnight at Ramgarh.
Day 2 - Ramgarh - Tagore Top:
Full Day Trek after early breakfast. 3 kms trek to Tagore Top with Packed lunch. Trek continues 4 kms to Mahesh Khan. Overnight stay.
Day 3 - Ramgarh - Nainital 30 Kms:
Checkout and departure after early breakfast. Checkin hotel at
Nainital.
Snow view by Cable Car. Trek to Landsend - Deorothi seat to Tallital Bus Stand. Departure for Ramgarh. Overnight stay at Ramgarh.
Day 4 -
Nainital - Delhi : Dep. for Delhi after B/F. Short visit to Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal enroute.
